1. Use of the Sheridan Centre Kids' Club is at all times governed by the Terms & Conditions set out in this registration form or as amended from time to time. These can be changed by Sheridan Centre at any time, without notice.
2. Children must be between the ages of 4 and 12 years old to participate in the Sheridan Centre Kids' Club.
3. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
4. Dates, times and activities are subject to change. Please check www.sheridancentre.ca for regular updates.
5. By registering for this club, parents will autmatically receive a monthly e-newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, simply click on "unsubscribe" and you will be deleted from the mailing list.
